Why volunteer?
Within SAzAEYC there are a variety of areas to lend your expertise. The volunteer experience has many benefits. Working together builds community relationships, develops contacts with colleagues, potential mentors, resources, and contacts. It also offers a glimpse into other opportunities within our profession. SAzAEYC seeks to cultivate volunteers and match them with jobs commensurate with their skills and available time. Through volunteering you can develop leadership skills, gain access to training, observe or participate on nonprofit boards, and experience personal success. You will feel your level of professional spirit rise as you work within our community of early childhood professionals.
